Shipping to USA and tariffs
Currently a Tariff Rate of 50% customs duty applies to the
declared value of any artwork.
The CUSMA Exemption and traditional duty-free exemptions for
fine art do not currently shield these shipments.
As a result, many carriers (including Canada Post) require prepaid duty assessments or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) of the tariff and clearance fees upon entry.
For Example:
For a sculpture valued at $200 CAD, the U.S. buyer faces a $100 CAD tariff
plus additional shipping fees prior to delivery.
*Even if an item offers FREE delivery, the Tariff must still be paid in advance.
As a Certificate of Canadian Origin is part of the U.S. customs
clearance process, unfortunately, there is no way around this.

Returns and Refunds
returns will be considered only if the item arrives damaged but shipping box is undamaged.
Unfortunately we cannot control what happens in transit but will do our best to repair or replace if possible the item. packages tracked as delivered but stolen unfortunately will not be considered for refund or replacement (darn porch pirates...argh!) sorry bad joke
A request for a return must be accompanied by photos of the damaged item and it's packagei
refunds are at the sole discretion of the artist.
