Why are reservations required?
We are currently operating at limited capacity per LA County rules to allow for social distancing. We are currently limited to 15 attendees.
Why did pricing and class schedule change?
We are operating on a temporary schedule and pricing at the moment. As we are able to increase our class capacity, we will notify you with updated changes. Make sure to alwys check for email notifications.
What happens if I can't show up for my reservation?
All cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to class. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Any cancellations after the 2 hour cut-off or no-shows will be charged for a full-rate single class.
I have an unlimited membership, can I reserve multiple classes a day?
You may reserve one class per day. Since we are operating under limited capacity, in order to allow for as many people to join classes you will be placed on stand-by for any additional classes you wish to take that day. If the class has a spot available, you may attend.
How often are you cleaning the studio?
We sanitize our studio between every class! We have also installed a NASA developed disinfecting purifier. The ADP-70 is a sanitizing device that circulates ozone to purify the practice's air and surfaces. Bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew, and other contaminants are continuously rendered harmless.
